some things never change.

i believe that people are essentially the same.
i believe that people are essentially good.
and i believe that people are like boomerangs

no matter how far we are thrown,
no matter how far we go in life,
we would always be our good selves in the end

as for me, i'll always be the boy from the small city,
i'll always be the kid that never quite grows up,
and i'll always be the person that writes.
