ok, what on earth is daylight savings again?

i mean, is daylight in some kind of trouble
and that's why we need to all join hands and save it?

or does it mean you hafta go to the bank and say;
"...hello! i'd like to open a daylight savings account..."

or is it something that happens when you wind
up your clock earlier or later so that, erm,
you are in sync with the actual time?

if so, does this mean i can wind my clock
so that i show to work at 11 tomorrow and say;
"...nope, i ain't late! my watch says it's 5 a.m!..."

daylight savings. it boggles the mind.
